SERVICE INFORMATION

The servicing will allow a basic clean if possible of the return air filter and operational test of each unit to ensure all components are working correctly, the refrigerant charge is satisfactory and the drain lines are not blocked.

Testing & checks will only be completed where access is available.

Any consumable items such as filter replacements will be quoted separately.

• Estimated filter cost $45 (per filter) + $40 (labour)

All additional work required or recommendations will be quoted separately

The scope of work includes:

1. Check & clean air filters.

2. Check refrigeration system for optimum operation.

3. Carry out visual inspection of the plant & controls.

4. Make minor adjustments as necessary.

5. Check operation of all temperature & safety controls where possible.

6. Check condition of all electrical equipment.

7. Tighten all electrical terminals.

8. Check unit for noises & vibration (both indoor & outdoor units).

9. Remove rubbish & dust accumulation from outdoor coil fins.

10. Inspect, clean & flush condensate drains, tun-dishes and traps.

11. Supply written report on all general plant with any work required & repair costs.

12. All works will be performed using appropriate WH&S standards & equipment.
